How to change my profile details?
You can edit your full name, email, phone number, date of birth and gender in your account. Please see the following steps to change your personal details:1. After you logged in, click “Profile” at homepage2. Click pencil icon at the right top of profile page3. Change your details on the given form.4. Click save to save the changes.5. Your profile details are successfully updated.
Can I use SMS instead of WhatsApp for OTP verification?
Yes, if you didn’t receive the OTP on WhatsApp, you can opt to receive it via SMS by selecting the “Try another way” option.
What should I do if I do not receive an OTP?
Try the following if you haven’t got your OTP (One-Time Password) code by SMS or WhatsApp:Make sure you have entered the right phone number that is registered in your iLyF app because the OTP will be sent to that number.If you previously selected SMS to receive the OTP, Make sure you have a strong signal to receive an SMS.If you previously selected WhatsApp to receive the OTP, make sure your phone number has an active WhatsApp accountWait for at least 1 minutes for the OTP to be sent. After that, you can request a new OTP by clicking the ‘Resend Code’ button, or you can choose to send it via SMS and vice versa.Do contact us if you are still facing problems with the OTP.
